PRODUCTION CAPABILITY

CAI Fences has the full range of plant and equipment required to manufacture all chain wire specifications, gates, posts and other custom fencing and general tubular fabrication.

We have established relationships with outside processors to provide hot dipped galvanising, powder coating and other surface treatments to specification.

With a staff of fourteen and our pool of experienced subcontract fence installers, we have sufficient capacity to service the most demanding contract requirements.

QUALITY

CAI Fences operates a fully integrated Quoting / Production / Sales / Accounting package on "in-house" computer equipment.

All quotations, orders and subsequent production are tracked within the system.

The company sources materials from established suppliers and all externally sourced materials and services, and our own production, are quality checked through established procedures.

QUALITY STATEMENT

CAI Fences are aware of the need for their products to be of consistently high quality. Every employee makes a concerted effort to ensure that for their part the company will provide products that are reliable and with service second to none.

All incoming goods are inspected to ensure they meet the required standard and quality criteria. All production processes are documented and employees are trained to carry out each operation with the skill required. The processed product is inspected during each operation and the employees' training emphasises the need to “make it correct the first time”.

Production methods are being constantly upgraded and reviewed. Where problems occur they are carefully identified and a course of action determined to rectify the problem quickly, and ensure they do not re-occur.

It is CAI Fences policy to adopt consistent quality products with efficient delivery and installation. In adopting this approach to Quality Assurance, CAI Fences are demonstrating to all concerned that the value added is of the highest standard of quality achievable.
