Greenhouses
The Greenhouse frame is 4.0m wide and 2.4m high at the centre with the length extending in bays of 2.2m.
The structure is constructed from quality 25mm NB/ 33mm OD galvanised pipe and is supplied with a single door at each end as a standard specification.
Joints are clamped together using galvanised pipe fittings and the framework has been designed to carry some moderate hanging pot plants.
Covers are one piece and are fully sewn and reinforced with eyelets for easy attachment to the frame using supplied ties and fittings.
If the structure is to be used as a Hothouse the cover supplied is strong and durable "Solarweave" plastic and for a Shadehouse there is a choice of quality shadeknit material.

Domestic Greenhouses
The CAI Domestic Greenhouse is manufactured from 25mm NB galvanised pipe and is supplied as a kit for the DIY gardener.
The construction technique and materials allow for the frame to be assembled and covered within one hour.
The house is 3.6m (12 feet) long and 2.4m (8 feet) wide with a single access door at one end, complete with all hardware. The cover, which is available in either shade-knit or plastic, is fully sewn into a sock-like shape to simply pull down over the framework.
There is a separate piece for the door. Eyelets to the edges and straps for fixing are included. -
Tunnelhouses
The CAI standard Tunnelhouse is 7320mm overall in width with a maximum height of 3660mm at the apex of the tunnel.
The modular bay dimension of 2216mm allows you to select the best length for your particular requirements.
The Tunnel is constructed from quality 40mm OD galvanised pipe and all components are cut to size, and accurately rolled and formed to ensure no further fabrication work is required on site.
Components are assembled using galvanised split compression fittings, which are an easy and efficient method used over many years for this style of structure.
The standard Tunnel is supplied with double doors and a large vent at each end. Side roll-up blinds are an option for extra ventilation and temperature control. Covers will depend on your intended use for the Tunnel.
HOTHOUSE: We will supply Hytilux 180um opaque plastic film with Laserlite Greca profile sheeting to the end, walls, doors and vents.
SHADEHOUSE: We will supply your choice of quality Shadeknit material.
